• Q. May I use the iPhone in the U.S. to download apps using WiFi?

  Yes you may.

• Q. What’s the best way to save pictures that I take on the Unlimited Israel iPhone?

  There are multiple options for saving pictures, including uploading them to your computer by plugging in your phone via the iPhones USB cable, or emailing them to yourself.

• Q. May I use my personal Apple ID with the Unlimited Israel phone?

  No, we will provide you with an Apple ID to use.

• Q. Can I download apps using an Unlimited Israel iPhone?

  If you would like to use the App Store, press the App Store icon and sign in with Apple ID: apps@Unlimitedisrael.net and the password: Unlimitedapps1. You may only download free apps with this username and password.

• Q. Does the iPhone come with apps?

  Yes. For your convenience, we preload your iPhone with a bunch of handy apps such as Waze, WhatsApp, and more.

• Q. Which iPhones do you offer?

  We offer the iPhone 4, iPhone 5, and iPhone 6.

• Q. Should I select the upgraded data plan?

  If you are a heavy data user, it may be a good idea. For assistance about the optimal plan for your needs, please contact our office at (845) 371-9800 to speak to a customer service representative.

• Q. What is the difference between 3GB and 3G (or 4G)?

  3GB is a measurement of how much data you will have on 3G/4G speeds.

• Q. What happens when I reach the current 3G/4G data high speed limit?

  You will still have unlimited data at no extra charge, but you will connect at a slower 2G/3G speed.

• Q. What happens to my voicemails if I did not delete them before leaving Israel?

  They are automatically deleted.

• Q. If someone in the U.S. calls the American number, will there be per minute charges?

  No. The U.S. number provides you with unlimited incoming calls, and it is as if the caller is dialling a local number.

• Q. If I text internationally with this plan, will the recipient incur any overage charges?

  This depends on the recipient’s phone plan.

• Q. Will I get charged for incoming international texts if I don’t have this upgrade?

  Incoming texts will be free; you will only be charged for outgoing texts.

• Q. Are MMS or Picture Mail (Pictures sent via Text Message’s) included in the plan?

  Unfortunately not; we suggest you use Email or “Whatsapp” to send pictures.

• Q. How much is it per text if I don’t have international plan?

  The price is $0.89 per text.

• Q. Will I be able to send text (SMS) messages to non-Israeli mobile numbers?

  If you have purchased the “international texting upgrade” then you will be able to text international numbers. Otherwise, we recommend that you use WhatsApp or iMessage which utilize data and do not incur fees.

• Q. If I receive an American number, is there a cost to forward my current US number to the one that you have provided?

  No. There are no additional costs for call forwarding.

• Q. Where can I find my phone numbers?

  For SIM cards, it will be on the SIM card’s packaging. For phone rentals, the number(s) are on the back of the device.

• Q. Will I know my Israeli number before I leave the U.S.?

  Yes, we will send you an email with your phone numbers before you receive your rental.

• Q. Can I text to the U.S.?

  For a flat fee of $10, you can also have unlimited texting to the U.S.

• Q. What does my plan include?

  The base Unlimited Israel plan includes: unlimited talk and text in Israel, unlimited calls to and from the U.S. & Canada, unlimited texting from the U.S., and unlimited data with the first 5GB at high speed 4G.

• Q. If I forgot to forward my number before I left, can I do it from Israel?

  Yes. Call your American service provider for assistance.

• Q. If I choose the U.S. number option, how do I forward my current number to the number you provide?

  One option is to call your current carrier and ask to forward your number to the U.S. number that we have provided. Alternatively, you can manually forward your number by following the instructions in our online user manual and the instruction sheet we provide with your order.

• Q. What is the benefit of having a U.S. number?

  People calling you from the United States will not have to pay international rates. Additionally, you can forward your current phone number and not miss any calls while you are in Israel.

• Q. How do I reset my voicemail?

  Dial the Israel number we have provided from your phone and enter # then 1234# as the password. Please do not change the password.

• Q. Which phone number that I received is the American one, and which is the Israeli number?

  Your Israeli number starts with 052; the other number is your American number.

• Q. How do I call the U.S. and/or Israel?

  To call America, dial 001 before the area code and phone number.
  (Dialing to the U.S. with prefix other then 001, may result in additional charges)
  To call Israel, dial the area code followed by the phone number.

• Q. What network does your service utilize in Israel?

  We use Israel’s largest and most reliable network, Cellcom, comparable to Verizon in the United States.

• Q. What does my phone insurance cover?

  The insurance we provide covers damages on the actual phone, such as cracked screens and water damage. You will only be liable for a $25 deductible. Note: The insurance does not cover accessories.

• Q. How are orders shipped?

  Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided and signatures are not required.

• What happens if my rental gets damaged lost or stolen?

  We have a great customer service team in Israel who can replace your phone. if we can we will actually hand deliver a new phone to your door!

• Will my iPhone be insured?

  As a service We offer damage insurance on our Phones for a dollar a day.You can request this service in the additional options section. (this does include loss or theft)

• What happens if I would need to extend my Phone or SIM rental?

  You can call or email our customer service team or simply extend on our website’s Extend and Activate page, otherwise your service will be terminated the deactivation date you have originally planned.
