    A. We have locations in Monsey and Brooklyn. Orders are generally available for pickup a week before your departure. We recommend that you give us a call before coming to ensure that it’s ready for pickup.

    A. Depending on your travel dates and the shipping option you choose, we try our utmost to have your order arrive at least a week prior to your departure.

    A. Yes, there is a cancellation fee as follows:
    $45 per order if your rental device or SIM has not yet been picked up or shipped.
    $65 per order if your rental device or SIM has already been picked up or shipped.

  • Q. What is the security authorization charge on my credit card?

    A. The authorization hold on your credit card is a standard practice to reduce fraud and improve customer satisfaction. The credited amount does not leave your account or enter ours. The exact amount depends on the device rented.

  • Q. What does my phone insurance cover?

    A. The insurance we provide covers damages on the actual phone, such as cracked screens and water damage. You will only be liable for a $25 deductible. Note: The insurance does not cover accessories.

  • Q. If I choose to ship to out of NY State, will I be charged state tax?

    A. No, we only charge New York sales tax if you pick up your order from one of our New York locations or have your order shipped to an address within New York.

  • Q. Are there any additional fees beyond the rental fee and NYS sales tax?

    A. No, there are no additional fees beyond what is openly advertised. Our straightforward pricing model sets us apart in our industry.

    A. Incoming texts will be free; you will only be charged for outgoing texts.

  • Q. Are MMS or Picture Mail (Pictures sent via Text Message’s) included in the plan?

    A. Unfortunately not, we suggest you use Email or “Whatsapp” to send picture’s.

  • Q. How much is it per text if I don’t have international plan?

    A. The price is $0.89 per text.

  • Q. Will I be able to send text (SMS) messages to non-Israeli mobile numbers?

    A. If you have purchased the “international texting upgrade” then you will be able to text international numbers. Otherwise, we recommend that you use WhatsApp or iMessage which utilize data and do not incur fees.

  • Q. If I receive an American number, is there a cost to forward my current US number to the one that you have provided?

    A. No. There are no additional costs for call forwarding.

  • Q. Where can I find my phone numbers?

    A. For SIM cards, it will be on the SIM card’s packaging. For phone rentals, the number(s) are on the back of the device.

    iPhone users: First ensure that data roaming is turned on. Then, go to settings –> general –> reset –> reset network settings.

  • Q. What is the benefit of receiving the return label and kit, as opposed to sending it on my own?

    A. We offer you a pre-labelled protected envelope that is easy to use and includes tracking to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Q. After returning home, how long do I have to return my rental device or SIM card?

    A. We ask to return your order promptly upon your arrival back in the U.S., though we provide a one-week grace period before charging late fees.

  • Q. Will I still have my contacts if I remove my SIM card and replace it with an Israeli SIM?

    A. Yes, since the SIM card does not store any information. Its function is to provide service.

  • Q. What’s the best way to save pictures that I take on the Unlimited Israel iPhone?

    A. There are multiple options for saving pictures, including uploading them to your computer by plugging in your phone via the iPhones USB cable, or emailing them to yourself.

  • Q. May I use my personal Apple ID with the Unlimited Israel phone?

    A. No, we will provide you with an Apple ID to use.

  • Q. Can I download apps using an Unlimited Israel iPhone?

    A. If you would like to use the App Store, press the App Store icon and sign in with Apple ID: apps@Unlimitedisrael.net and the password: Unlimitedapps1. You may only download free apps with this username and password.

  • Q. Does the iPhone come with apps?

    A. Yes. For your convenience, we preload your iPhone with a bunch of handy apps such as Waze, WhatsApp, and more.

  • Q. What size SIM cards do you have?

    A. We offer Regular/Full size | Micro | Nano.

  • Q. How do I insert the SIM card?

    A. For iPhones and newer Android phones, insert the pin we have provided into the little hole and the tray will pop out. On older Android phones, you will see a SIM card slot behind the battery.

  • Q. Should I select the upgraded data plan?

    A. If you are a heavy data user, it may be a good idea. For assistance about the optimal plan for your needs, please contact our office at (845) 371-9800 to speak to a customer service representative.

  • Q. What is the difference between 3GB and 3G (or 4G)?

    A. 3GB is a measurement of how much data you will have on 3G/4G speeds.

  • Q. What should I do if I am having trouble connecting to the internet?

    A. Android users: In order to have internet access, you must change your device’s APN settings. Please follow the simple instructions we have provided on the backside of the instruction manual that comes with your SIM rental. If you have done that, change the network mode to ensure that the phone is on the GSM network. You will find this option in settings –> mobile network –> network mode.

    iPhone users: First ensure that data roaming is turned on. Then, go to settings –> general –> reset –> reset network settings.

  • Q. How many devices can I connect to the MiFi?

    A. With the standard MiFi We recommend up to 5, with the MiFi pro you can connect up to 10 devices.

  • Q. How do I connect my MiFi hotspot to my computer?

    A. On the back of the MiFi is the Wi-Fi name and password to connect to.

  • Q. Is there a sim card option for a plan without data?

    A. Our basic plan includes unlimited data, but you can insert our SIM in an unlocked GSM phone which does not have data capabilities.

  • Q. What happens when I reach the current 3G/4G data high speed limit?

    A. You will still have unlimited data at no extra charge, but you will connect at a slower 2G/3G speed.

  • Q. When does my 3GB of high speed internet reset?

    A. On the 2nd of the month.

  • Q. Can I use my phone or SIM card as a mobile hotspot?

    A. Yes, in most places throughout Israel your hotspot will work smoothly, but we cannot guarantee its functionality everywhere. For the best results, we suggest you rent one of our MiFi hotspots.

  • Q. What happens to my voicemails if I did not delete them before leaving Israel?

    A. They are automatically deleted.

  • Q. What is the benefit of purchasing the SIM as opposed to renting?

    A. You will not have to pick up or return the SIM card for future trips. Additionally, you will have the same number(s) whenever you travel.

  • Q. Can I check the status of my used minutes and data?

    A. Yes, send an email to sales@unlimitedisrael.net for up-to-date plan usage.We will get back to you within one business day.

  • Q. If someone in the U.S. calls the American number, will there be per minute charges?

    A. No. The U.S. number provides you with unlimited incoming calls, and it is as if the caller is dialling a local number.

  • Q. If I text internationally with this plan, will the recipient incur any overage charges?

    A. This depends on the recipient’s phone plan.

  • Q. Will I get charged for incoming international texts if I don’t have this upgrade?

    A. Incoming texts will be free; you will only be charged for outgoing texts.

  • Q. Are MMS or Picture Mail (Pictures sent via Text Message’s) included in the plan?

    A. Unfortunately not, we suggest you use Email or “Whatsapp” to send picture’s.

  • Q. How much is it per text if I don’t have international plan?

    A. The price is $0.89 per text.

  • Q. Will I be able to send text (SMS) messages to non-Israeli mobile numbers?

    A. If you have purchased the “international texting upgrade” then you will be able to text international numbers. Otherwise, we recommend that you use WhatsApp or iMessage which utilize data and do not incur fees.

  • Q. If I receive an American number, is there a cost to forward my current US number to the one that you have provided?

    A. No. There are no additional costs for call forwarding.

  • Q. Where can I find my phone numbers?

    A. For SIM cards, it will be on the SIM card’s packaging. For phone rentals, the number(s) are on the back of the device.

  • Q. Will I know my Israeli number before I leave the U.S.?

    A. Yes, we will send you an email with your phone numbers before you receive your rental.

  • Q. Can I text to the U.S.?

    A. For a flat fee of $10, you can also have unlimited texting to the U.S.

  • Q. What does my plan include?

    A. The base Unlimited Israel plan includes: unlimited talk and text in Israel, unlimited calls to and from the U.S. & Canada, unlimited texting from the U.S., and unlimited data with the first 3GB at high speed 4G.

  • Q. Can I forward my text messages from the United States to Israel?

    A. Presently, Verizon is the only American provider which offers a messaging app so you don’t miss your texts. The app which is called “Verizon Messages, which you must download while you are in the U.S.” For those using other providers, there is not yet a solution that supports forwarding text messages.

  • Q. If I forgot to forward my number before I left, can I do it from Israel?

    A. Yes. Call your American service provider for assistance.

  • Q. If I choose the U.S. number option, how do I forward my current number to the number you provide?

    A. One option is to call your current carrier and ask to forward your number to the U.S. number that we have provided. Alternatively, you can manually forward your number by following the instructions in our online user manual and the instruction sheet we provide with your order.

  • Q. What is the benefit of having a U.S. number?

    A. People calling you from the United States will not have to pay international rates. Additionally, you can forward your current phone number and not miss any calls while you are in Israel.

  • Q. Will an Unlimited Israel SIM card work with Virgin Mobile (Sprint)?

    A. Yes, if the phone is unlocked from Sprint. You can call Sprint and ask them to unlock it.

  • Q. How can I determine if my phone is unlocked?

    A. Your service provider can let you know if your phone is unlocked or not. Verizon 4G phones come unlocked.

  • Q. Which phone number that I received is the American one, and which is the Israeli number?
