New phones that are purchased without a plan – are unlocked. All Verizon phones with 4G capabilities are unlocked. Other phones that you have received from your carrier which you now own out right may get unlocked by your carrier.
If you are unsure, your carrier can always let you know if your phone is unlocked. If you have already received our sim card and are unsure if your phone is unlocked or not, insert the Unlimited Israel sim card in your phone. If the phone reads ” No Service” your phone is Unlocked. If it says something along the lines of “Invalid Sim” your phone is , unfortunately, unlocked. You may call your carrier to see if they can unlock it for you, or ask us to ship or overnight you an unlocked phone.
