Android users: In order to have internet access, you must change your device’s APN settings. Please follow the simple instructions we have provided on the backside of the instruction manual that comes with your SIM rental. If you have done that, change the network mode to ensure that the phone is on the GSM network. You will find this option in settings –> mobile network –> network mode.

iPhone users: First ensure that data roaming is turned on. Then, go to settings –> general –> reset –> reset network settings.
